Legal Notice and Subscription Terms
This Notice applies to purchases offered in English to users outside Japan, including users in the United States. Users residing in Japan are governed by the Japanese disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Web purchases are processed through Stripe. Android purchases may be processed through Google Play. RELA is not currently sold through the Apple App Store.

| Plans and prices | Monthly auto-renewing plans: Basic US$4.99; Standard US$9.99; Premium US$24.99; Free US$0. RELA Coins: US$2.99 for 180 Coins. The price displayed immediately before confirmation controls. Google Play pricing and currency may be displayed and processed by Google under its applicable terms. |
| Taxes and issuer fees | Applicable sales or use tax may be added and displayed at checkout. A bank or card issuer may separately charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees. GOONER does not set or receive those issuer fees. |
| Standard free trial | One three-day trial per eligible first-time person and account. Payment method required. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription becomes Standard at US$9.99/month plus applicable tax and renews monthly until canceled. |
| Automatic renewal | Paid plans renew each month at the disclosed price until canceled. No minimum term. |
| Payment | Web: credit or debit card through Stripe. Android: Google Play billing. Subscriptions are charged at purchase or when a trial ends, and on each renewal date. Coins are charged at purchase. |
| Availability | Paid plan access begins immediately after activation or payment. Coins are available after being credited. |
| Cancellation | Web: cancel in the Stripe billing portal linked from the Service's Plan screen or confirmation email. Selecting Free does not itself cancel. Android: cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial end or renewal date to avoid the next charge. |
| After cancellation | Paid access continues through the current paid period. No prorated refund, except where required by law. |
| Refunds | Generally non-refundable after digital delivery. Duplicate charges, billing errors, non-delivery attributable to GOONER, and refunds required by law will be reviewed and remedied. Google Play rules control where applicable. |
| Coins | For use only in the Service; no transfer, resale, cash redemption, or cash value. No expiry while the account remains active. Unused Coins are forfeited at account deletion except where law requires otherwise. On permanent discontinuation, purchased unused Coins are handled as required by law. |
| Other costs | You are responsible for internet access and data charges. |
| System requirements | A current supported version of Safari, Chrome, Edge, or a comparable browser, with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Android app distributed through Google Play. |
