Is RELA an analysis app?
RELA is built on the concept of “Analysis × Philosophy × AI”: a tool where AI analyzes personality, compatibility and psychological tendencies from multiple angles. Readings such as palmistry, face reading and chakras are reference information for entertainment and self-understanding; decisions about your communication are yours to make.
Are the results accurate?
RELA’s analysis is not about “predicting”; it is material for raising your odds of building a good relationship. By visualizing conversation patterns and compatibility, it aims to make your next move easier to think through. Please treat it as reference information.
Is the information about the people I register and our conversations safe?
The information you provide is used only for analysis, and the people you register are never notified. Data is managed in an encrypted environment. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use it on iPhone?
Yes. RELA is sold and delivered on the web. Use it directly in your iPhone or desktop browser (add it to your home screen to use it like an app). It is not distributed on the App Store. On Android it is also available on Google Play.
Is there a free trial? When does billing start?
The Standard plan comes with a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers. During the trial you can try each feature once; after 3 days it automatically continues at $9.99/month. Cancel within the free period and you will not be charged. Basic and Premium are billed from the time you subscribe (the details shown on the checkout screen take precedence).
Can I use it on a new phone or another device? (Data transfer)
Yes. Your plan and remaining coins are tied to your account, so signing in with the same account on any device — iPhone, Android or a desktop browser — brings everything with you. To be safe when switching phones or reinstalling, register an email address and password in the app under Settings → “Data transfer” so you can always sign in from anywhere.
Can I cancel anytime? Where do I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Where you cancel depends on where you purchased.
・Purchased on the web (browser): use the “Manage subscription” link (billing portal) in the confirmation email you received at purchase.
・Purchased on Android (Google Play): cancel from “Subscriptions” in Google Play.
・From the app: Settings (⚙) → “How to use” → the “Cancel / manage subscription” button at the bottom.
Note that simply selecting the “Free” plan on the app’s plan screen does not cancel (auto-renewal continues). After canceling, paid features stay available until the end of the current billing period. Your account, analysis data and remaining coins are kept (you just return to the free plan limits). I purchased, but it does not seem to be applied (it opens in a different browser / app)
Your purchase and sign-in are saved as a session in the browser you used. Opening a link from an email (Gmail, etc.) can launch a different app or browser (Chrome / Google) than the one you started in (e.g. Safari); that other browser has no session, so the purchase may look like it has not been applied. Rest assured: your purchase is always recorded on your account and never lost.
What to do:
・Reopen RELA in the browser you used first (e.g. Safari) — it will be applied there.
・To use a different browser or app, sign in to the same account there.
・Recommended: register an email address and password in the app under Settings → “Data transfer”. Then you can sign in to the same account on any browser or device without relying on magic links, and your purchases and coins are always applied.
